HI BLOG WORLD!!!!!! oh how i've missed you! :)

ive been MIA because i have been swamped with work and life. this past week has been so crazy! work has been so busy but i love it and boyfriend and I have been working out after work getting ready for our vaca!! EEEEEE WE LEAVE TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG! sighhhhh wecantwait!! we are seriously so excited. It's also so special for us since we will be celebrating our ♥ seven ♥ year ♥ anniversary! thats a life time for us and i cant believe how fast the years went by. it feels like we just started dating and i love it. i love him. and i love us! ♥

We went to Wang Tango on Saturday and we had so much fun! our free seats were awful....but that didnt stop us from sneaking in on the floor and finding two seats that no one claimed. it was insane!! Brandon shmoozed the lady checking tickets and she loved us! too funny! we met one of our good friends there (hi Reyna!!) and her friends. We drank and took funny pics. they were in a different section so we only got to hang out before the show. :)

Kesha was amazing!! yes, i know most people are gasping, gagging or totally judging me but i love her "i dont give a f**k attitude". and she did a cartwheel on stage. amazeballs. it was one hell of a dance party! Ludaaaa was amazing! he sang so many old songs and B and i were dying! MOVE BITCH GET OUT THE WAY!!!!!! ;) Akon was surprisingly great too! he sang every song and was ohsogood! Beiber was hilarious. i like a few of his songs and he did play the drums but....he's so little and he reminds me of my younger brother. the hair flipping is too much. Brandon had to sit down because he had Beiber fever. ;) B.O.B was sick! loved!!! and do any of you know what David Guetta actually looks like? i was shocked. didnt realize he looked like Kid Rock. kinda tripped us out. but all in all the concert was amazing! we danced all night! ((and drank a lot)) Before the concert we were in the Village and Ryan Cabrera was performing. the whole Hills cast was behind us and i was naive enough to think that they were all really friends. they were being goofy and normal and i was actually a fan until this guy told the crowd that they were filming for the hills and to make room for them. UGH!!!! are you kidding? here they are "working" making 75K an episode and they're fake! as soon as Ryan was done the cameras came down and they all went their separate ways. LAME SAUCE!

so....i will see you all after our dreamy vacation! :) i am so excited to spend a week on the beach in paradise with the guy i will love forever! does it get any better than that? i love our life!

how do you do?
im great! why you ask? well simply because we're going to muthafuckingJamaica in 9 days!!!!!!! it's all i think about, talk about, dream about and smile about!! :) dying!!! so excited!

this past weekend was amazing and exhausting. Friday night we went to sushi with some friends and went back to our house.
Saturday i had to work all day-done talking about that......and then we had some new friends over (another great couple to hang out with and we couldnt be happier!) and they brought food over and we also made food. we had so much to eat but it was all delicious! so fun!
Sunday was long. first i would like to wish all of you mother's and your mother's a happy mother's day! ♥ ♥ ♥
we started off with B's family and went to El Torito at 9am. yes, i know you're probably wondering why so early and my answer is i have no clue. after the champagne and carnitas tacos while the sun was coming up we went to Ventura to see my dad and step mom. :) we went had the b.e.s.t. sushi ever. nomnomnom. we laughed so much and had a great time. we left ventura and went back to the valley (As If!) and went to my mom and step dad's. we ate again and this time i wanted to cry because i was so full. steaks and lobster. mmm but oy! i think i gained 10 pounds. no joke.

so there you have it...my wonderful weekend. oh and i forgot to mention the fun B and i had in between. Dancing, singing and laughing are musts in our house! no laughing, no service. ;)

so...every year we have people over for ritamargas and this year was no different. B and i made homemade chili rellenos, his mom brought over rice and chicken fajitas and other amazing snacks. We drank one too many margaritas and laughed all night. a day at work after drinking and going to bed around 2:30 is not a good day. wahhhh but so happy we had a great night with great peeps!

i love growing up and living with the boyfriend! i love being an adult and being independent. i hate bills though. i love being able to jump on the bed and leave my room a mess. i love being able to paint my room any color i want. i love being an adult but there is something i miss about being a kid. well i still act like one from time to time but i miss the drama i thought i had when i was 12. i miss that my only stress in life was to do my homework, learn the new dance routine and find a payphone to check my pager voicemail. (so very stressful back then) The thing i miss most about being a kid is not worrying that i can possibly fail in this life. i never cared about the next day or what would happen in 10 years. when i was kid the worst decision i made was wearing overalls with skater shoes or writing to Joshua Jackson in Teen Bop and thinking it was really him writing back. i see kids and cant help but smile knowing how free they are. my parents always told me life would fly by and i never believed it. well 27 years later i believe it. where has the time gone???

15 days until our Jamaica trip!!!! 20 days until our SEVEN year anniversary. i cant believe it's almost been seven years. the best years of my life. seven years and he's still the one. seven years and it still feels new. ♥

Hello blog world! i hope you all had a great weekend in the sun. ((im sorry if it's not sunny where you are but it was insanely gorgeous in LA this weekend!))

So remember that question i asked in my last post about being honest? well, i did it and i feel like someone took the elephant off my back. sighhhhhhhhhh it hurt so bad but i would want to know the truth if the situation were reversed.
anywho...
Friday night we went to Wasabi at City Walk (B's cousin works there) with B's mom, sis and Jess. we had way too many sake bombs, so much sushi and then walked over to Hard Rock for more drinks.
Saturday I went shopping with B's mom and sis. oh how i love girls day! that night boyfriend and i had movie date night and we went and saw Oceans. so good!! after the movie we went to Mermaids (B's sis works there) for some drinks and great people watching. ;)

Sunday was the best! i had a photoshoot for the LA Unbound 2011 dance calendar! it was so fun hanging out with the girls, wearing leotards and funky make up. Brandi and I. yes, there is another Brandi with an I and.....her bday is the day after mine so we shot together and we're going to be APRIL! so fun!! the shoot was so funky and i loved it! cant wait to show you the fun pics we took.
after the shoot B and I went for a fun bike ride to Balboa park, sat by the lake and enjoyed the sun and each other. ♥ i love him more than life!
B BBQ'd some delicious steaks! i love hot summer nights, BBQ'ing and dancing in the kitchen. :)
My bro and his girlfriend came over and brought candy and dane cook stand ups. we laughed all night!
