Seattle has my heart!

Here it is. MY Seattle post. I have never been there and can not believe it. I loved that city so much and want to go back 50 more times to see everything. Sure people complain about the rain but we lucked out and had gorgeous weather. It did rain and then it cleared. So perfect! Call me maybe  spoiled since I'm so used to the LA weather and would appreciate some rain once in a while.

Brandon went to Seattle for work and I went for funsies. Our friends Marie and Paul and baby JJ picked me up and I spent all day Friday with them being a tourist! We did so many things. Pikes Market, Bite of Seattle, Duck Tour, the gum wall, The Troll, Kerry park and grilled oysters! Seriously it was the best day! I loved hanging out with them! Thank you both for being the best tour guides ever! 
I met up with Hubs on Friday night and spent Saturday at the race track with the FD crew. It was a gorgeous day out and perfect for drifting. Sunday was *date day*. B and I went to Pikes Market and did the underground tour. So fun to roam around a new city with him. We loved learning about Seattle's history and enjoying the beautiful views! We met up with M&P at the Bite of Seattle festival and then it was off to the airport. We were so sad to leave and can not wait to be back.

world traveler.

A few weeks ago I went on a business trip to Hong Kong. The flight is so long, the work hours are long and being away from the Hubs sucks. But I do feel so lucky that I get to travel for my job and see parts of the world I would never see. It's so helpful to see how all the communication from our team in LA gets translated in HK and to the factories to make our fabulous Guess bags. I learned so much and can't wait to learn more and more as I grow in this industry. 

I've been to the Kong before but this time it was a bit different. Why? because it was a gajillion degrees outside. Hot, wet and miserable! blechhh. I went to visit one of our factories in China and it's always interesting to see how a single handbag is made. Makes me cringe at the thought of emailing our factory and complaining about the edge paint or a crooked pocket when I know someone is sitting there making e v e r y t h i n g by hand.

Hong Kong is a beautiful city and an interesting place to people watch. Have you been to HK before??

Hey bloggers, heeyyyy!
I'm back in Cali and have so much to talk about. First and foremost..HI! how are things? I've missed reading your blogs and will start now!
We had the B E S T time in Seattle!! It was a perfect trip that I wish lasted longer. More details coming soon.
Today's post is all about country music! YEEHAWWW! A few weekends ago we went to the Brother's of the Sun tour and had so much fun! We had some people in our group that weren't much country fans and became ones after! ;) Umm can we talk about how sexy Tim McGraw is?! google.him.now. I mean, for his age?! yum yum chocolate chip, honey dip, can I get a scoop?
So fun story...The concert was at the Angels Stadium and we bought cheap seat tickets so we were at the very top of the stadium. This wasted chic behind us ends up throwing up all over the lady next to us. it.was.gross. chunks everywhere! ewwwwwwwwwwwwww So my wonderful Husband and friend Tracy complained and we (our group of 7) got escorted down the elevator to level ONE and moved to the best seats for freeeeeeee! I mean--insane! Not sure how that happened but we were so happy and thankful! You can see the before and after pics below..

LA to Seattle

Hi Bloggers! I have been a traveling maniac, sick, sucked in at work and managed to somehow throw in a Tim McGraw/ Kenny Chesney concert. ((don't judge me)) We had the best time--post coming soon. Next week soon. I am on my way to Seattle today to visit our good friends Paul & Marie and their beautiful baby girl! I just can't wait! ♥

1-I have never been to Seattle and Hubs says I will love it!!

2-Husband is there for work so we will be able to see him at the Formula Drift event! WEEEEEEE!

LA to HK

I'm off to Hong Kong this weekend! The last trip (picture above) I took it was freeeeezing. This trip will be the c.o.m.p.l.e.t.e. opposite. 90's HK heat. can't wait. bahhh who am I kidding? I already foresee a blog post complaining about the heat...womp womp. I'm excited to visit the factories and soak up as much information as possible!
