There is so much going on in my life right now and it's so easy to get caught up in the hurricane and stress out. I stress out so much and as we all know stress is so bad for you. Bad for you mentally and physically. My body hates stress and will do everything it can to make me wind up at the dr's office. I need to relax more and not get so stressed out. Sure life is stressful. But my goal for 2013 is to sit back and enjoy this ride.
As most of you know my Husband and I are moving our lives with our two kitties to Italy very very very soon. As this is the most exciting news for us and we simply cannot wait to be there already...it's also so insane. Each day we are chipping away at our to-do list, ie- selling our belongings, packing our clothes, living with my parents...and we are so close to the move that it is all becomming so overwhelming and blurry. Moving is stressful period. and moving to a different country I'm sure is beyond what I can even imagine. My #MILF goal is to do all of this being stress free. I need to accept that everything won't go as planned and if things that are out of my control happen...I need to smile and hug my Husband.
