The San Fernando Valley may possibly have the biggest shopping center in Southern California. If you know your way around the valley they are planning to connect the Promenade and the Topanga mall. The Topanga mall has just been rebuilt in to a mini city and now they want to connect the two?! This project will include a 300 room hotel, condo's, apartments, shops, etc. for 750 million dollars. wow.
