Our Turkey day was hectic but good. we ate three full meals (my parents are divorced and then Brandon's fam) and by the end of the day i seriously needed to be lifted off the couch. the thought of any thanksgiving food gives me the chills. (i'm still full) :)
Friday was not a good day. Brandon and I got bad news about a family member and it's so sad how life is. It doesn't matter how old, young, healthy, thin, drinker, smoker... if it's your time to go it's your time to go. so cliche i know, but it's so true. no matter what, things pan out a certain way that we just don't understand. everything about death freaks me out. how can we love someone so much and know that tomorrow they may not be there? my prayers are with Brandon's[our] whole family.
please never forget to tell the people you love that you love them and to live your life as happy as can be because at the end of the day you never know when you'll see your loved ones again.
