Happy Monday! I had the greatest weekend! it was well needed after a long busy week.

Friday night we went to a black and white party at Vlounge in Santa Monica. We had such a great time dancing, drinking and watching a funny game of beer pong.

Saturday we slept in till 11 (heaven!) and went for a bike ride. it was so beautiful outside! we sat at the park by the lake for hours, took a million pics, people watched and ate lunch. it was such a perfect day. we then went to Eric's to hang out, BBQ'd and played 20 games of pool. ;) after Eric's we got ready and went to Happy Endings on Sunset. so fun!

Sunday we laid in bed till noon (again, heaven!) and hung out all day. Angelique came over and we made oatmeal cookies from SCRATCH! oh yah-delicious! She made us orange chocolate martinis with chocolate along the rim and Brandon made homemade fish tacos. MMMMMM! Angelicious and I had a photo shoot around my complex :). you never realize how pretty the outdoors is untill you see it through a lens. Laura came over and we all watched Music Within which is a great movie! highly recommended :)

Happy almost Friday! Thank god the weekend is almost here! it has been a lonnnnnnnng week. work has been SO busy and it's been a weird emotional week. bleh. i can't wait for the weekend to just relax. ;)
Brandon is out for the night (boo) and i was planning on working out with a girlfriend of mine and then going to grab something to eat. go figure the BF took my car and his keys so i am stuck at home. ugh buuuuut sitting in my workout clothes with a glass of wine isnt so bad. teehee'

it's been an icky few days. random drama and can't stop thinking about my dad. i feel like standing on the highest building and screaming as loud as i can. i keep telling myself it can always be worse but it just feels so overwhelming at times. ARGH!!!!


life is funny. i have gotten many IM's and emails today from long time friends whom i don't talk to everyday just saying hi and making sure i was ok. how do they know? life is crazy and i need to focus my attention on the people that care most. i am lucky enough to be in love with my best friend. he truly is an amazing person and keeps me strong!

Happy Monday! what a fun weekend! we went to the comedy club with some friends Friday night. It was funnier than ever and we had a great time. it's similar to Whose line is it anyway and i decided to yell out "Joshua Jackson" for a male celebrity and after i was made fun of; thanks Brandon, they got it in 10 seconds. who knows of Joshua Jackson besides me and gorgeous footsteps in the sand? hehe ;) anywho- we had to wake up so early on Sat (7:30AM early) because we were having our house cleaned. it's Beautiful!!!! Brandon had guy's day and I had a "ME" day. I shopped and cleaned out my closet. i really didn't know what was in the corners of my closet and found so many cute shirts i had completely forgotten about. yay! it took me forever to clean out but so worth it. pics below! Sat night we went to hang out with our good friends and saw "I Love You Man". soooooooo funny! highly recommended if you want a fun movie. Sunday Brandon and I slept in---sighhhhhhhh and went for a morning run. it was so windy outside. very hard to run. after our workout we went to Ventura to visit my dad and step mom. they are so funny. it was good to see them! i hope my dad gets better soon!! ♥

sometimes i wish i was the girl that cooked for my BF. why, oh why does the kitchen hate me? sighhhh.

but maybe, just maybe i should give it a chance and we might just get along....

so thankful the BF cooks and loves doing so. :)

HAPPY Thurs! went for a run yesterday and i feel great! woke up this morning and had a cup of coffee and a little breakfast. i hate mornings but it does feel good to be awake. normally i am dragging in the morning and running late but a little breakfast is a great boost!

jeweled bracelet and zebra scarf is my theme for today. it's supposed to be another beautiful day although as soon as i went from the valley to the city it was like driving through a wall of fog. all nice and gorg in the valley and icky in the city. it will clear though. ugh first complaint of the day: why is it always beautiful during the week when we are stuck inside of an office but on the weekends it's gross and icky? so annoying. it's supposed to rain this weekend hence my complaining........
