a couple who cooks together.....
HAPPY THURS!! my favorite day of the week! YAY! so last night I really, really, REALLY wanted to make dinner with Brandon. :::quick note, i don't cook. everything about the kitchen freaks me out but for whatever reason (miracle perhaps) i wanted to cook. i looked up some recipes online and in the books we have and the "One-pan potato-pepper chicken" won!! we had so much fun cutting and cooking. I have to be honest and say that when i was cutting the chicken in to "thin strips" it felt like i was cutting someones leg. too thick for me. blehhhh! but i DID it! i would have never touched raw meat a year ago and yesterday i not only touched but cut, poked and cooked. WOO! after dinner was made i then wanted to bake! (crazy i know!) i made brownies from Trader Joes and they came out BLICIOUS!!!! ;)
